Exit interviews are a process of debriefing the season and planting the seeds for changes and improvements to the next year's seasons. While some of these have and will be done in person, putting thoughts to paper on your own time is often most effective.

These are not meant to be anonymous -- the questions are specific to your experience and ideas for your future with CNU Track & Field and will help me put together a better plan to help you meet your goals.
