This page is the "unofficial" web site for everything you want to know about
Christopher Newport University Track & Field/Cross Country
and is run by Head Coach Tyler Wingard
I have rolled out a minor design change for the new year -- I hope that it improves the ease
of navigation. Team Announcements and Hosted Events information is more
easily accessible (the default navigation bar above). Other navigation bars appear as
you roll your mouse over the boxes with the 
symbol (some
of those are also links themselves).
This page is a work in progress with much to add here in its infancy. Please check back often to keep up with the program and the growth of this site.
Any feedback is very welcome -- especially if things look a little strange on your particular browser (it would be SO nice if all browsers read HTML the same way!). Please direct comments to Coach Wingard
