2007-08 2006 CNU grad Emily Low will join the Cross Country and Track & Field coaching staff this year. She was Dixie Conference Rookie of the Year and a two-time USA South Runner of the Year in Cross Country. On the track, she finished her career on every indoor and outdoor Top-10 List for CNU in the 800m to the 10k including School Records in the Steeplechase and Distance Medley Relay.
