| Course Preview: |
The course will be available for preview on Friday, November 9th
from Noon until 5:00pm (sunset) |
| Packet Pick-up: |
Packets will be available at the course on Friday, November 9th and at the
host hotel immediately prior to the Coaches' Meeting. |
| Coaches' Meeting: |
The Coaches' Meeting will be held in the Peninsula Room at the Hilton Garden Inn
on Friday, November 9th at 7:00pm |
| Box Draw: |
The Games Committee will draw for team/individual boxes and the results will be provided
at the Coaches' Meeting. |
| Chip Timing: |
Chip timing is provided by Young & Associates. Two chips will be provided for each entered
competitor and must be returned immediately following the conclusion of the race. |
| Results: |
Results will be posted at the Media Relations Tent and online. |
| Awards: |
Awards will be presented approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the men's race. |
| Showers/Locker Rooms: |
No showers/locker room facilities are available on site. CNU has hosted several NCAA
Tournaments on campus in recent years, so availability of those facilities (approx. 30 minutes from the
course) will not be known until just prior to the meet. Further information will be available at the
Coaches' meeting. |
